Terms of Use

What this is

The Draft Pool is a free, fan-made platform for running snake draft pools around football tournaments. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA, any national football federation, or any tournament organiser.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage in pools is not allowed.
• You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your country (13 in the US, 16 in most of the EU).

Pool rules

• Pool admins control their own pools. They can remove members, adjust settings before the draft, and delete the pool.
• Draft picks are final once made. There is no mechanism to undo a pick.
• Scoring is calculated automatically based on official match results. We're not responsible for errors caused by delayed or incorrect data from upstream sources.

Acceptable use

Don't use The Draft Pool to:

• Harass other players (pool names, team names, usernames)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Circumvent any access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

No warranties

The Draft Pool is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, scoring accuracy, or the availability of the service during any particular match or tournament. This is a side project run for fun — treat it accordingly.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the site, including but not limited to incorrect scores, missed draft turns, or service outages. If you have a problem, email us and we'll do our best to help.
